  HI, I have received all my products even from Korea, I don't understand why is it taking so long for you to send me a product I already made the payment.. I don't care if it is your packer 's fault or what ... the fact is I paid $3,50 forhe shipping and yet you claimed that you packed together with the other product I purchased which is not fair.
You asked me to be patience, then please kindly send out the product to me ASAP. I paid for the product and I alsopaid for the shipping of that product right ? I paid for the Qxpress fee and why do you tell me to you are going to

Please be more reasonable. You have agreed to send thru normal mail this round as we absorb the cost since you are not able to take a photo. Which means we are unable to claim from the shipping company. You only called me on 25th which is a friday. YOU EXPECT YOUR PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED BY TUES MORNING BY NORMAL MAIL??? We haven been accomodating to change address and to resend you the product on our expenses.   Hi, I checking the tracking information , it is said it is delivered on the 19 of April, but I did not receive it at all, can I know what happened, I called them and they said they will check, you are supposed to use Qxpress for delivery...
why are You using a different courier company ? I have not had any lost item with Qxpress so far.. who is going to be responsible for my lost item ?????????????? where is my item ????

If you have contacted them, we suggest you wait for their update as they have to check with the delivery man if the item was handed over to the customer. The item is not with us also.
