Received product with suspicious parts as shown in photos uploaded. Kose/Sekkisei is a well-known Japanese brand. It's known that Japanese always handle every procedure with extra care, and usually won't be having these kind of mistakes. 1) Packaging box inner top printed instruction with obvious spelling error, with "perforated" mispelt as "perfolated". 2) Packaging box front side stated 79ml but back side stated 80g. I thought it could be unit conversion difference, but online checked result shows they should be in equal value. I messaged seller to confirm product authenticity and source upon receipt on 16 Apr. Unfortunately, seller failed to provide any proof to confirm authenticity and not able to answer my queries even after 2 weeks, now even not replying me. I've waited patiently before deciding to write this review. At first, seller said can return item but didn't discuss about return procedure anymore after I requested them to bear the return shipping cost, since they couldn't answer my queries properly. Seller was then so irresponsible to ask me to check myself with Kose counter when they are opened (after circuit breaker which we all have no idea last until when). How can the seller ask customer to check with Kose counter without any document/invoice issued by the counter, when the product was purchased directly from this seller, instead of the counter? Seller is obviously pushing away the responsibility, because they can't provide any valid explanation or proof.more review
